Please read these terms and conditions carefully before entering the giveaway. By participating in the giveaway, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
PROMOTER
1.1 The competition is organised and promoted by Artisan Spirits and CUCIELO Vermouth di Torino. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram
ELIGIBILTY
2.1 The competition is open worldwide to individuals aged 18 years or older (or the legal drinking age in their country of residence, whichever is higher).
2.2 Entrants must be legally permitted to prepare and serve alcoholic beverages in their jurisdiction.
2.3 By entering, participants confirm that they meet all eligibility requirements.
HOW TO ENTER
4.1 Participants must complete the online form correctly to enter
4.2 Participants must also post their cocktail entries to social media, tagging all relevant platforms stated.
JUDGING & WINNERS
5.1 Entries will be judged by a panel appointed by Artisan Spirits
5.2 Judging will be based off the criteria listed on the sign up page
5.3 The judges’ decision is final and binding.
5.4 The winners will be announced off @CUCIELO_VERMOUTH
THE PRIZE
6.1 The top ten will be sent a limited edition Art of Vermouth 2025 framed artwork.
6.2 The two runners up behind the winner, along with the artwork, will receive a surprise CUCIELO hamper.
6.3 The first place winner will have the opportunity to create a limited edition version of CUCIELO Vermouth, with their name printed on the bottle.
6.4 There will be a social media prize this year, this prize is still to be confirmed.
6.5 We may require personal contact information, in order to get the prize to you.
PUBLICITY
7.1 By accepting the prize, the winners agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activity through social media.
7.2 The winner consents to their name, image, social media handle, and bar affiliation being announced publicly, including on Instagram.
7.3 Entered cocktail content will be shared via social media from multiple accounts including CUCIELO and Artisan Spirits.
